Moderate/Vigorous Embodyoga® with intentional movement from posture to posture, breath, prana flow and alignment
- Thursdays 9-10:15am Embodyoga®-In person and Online- 200 Venture Way, Hadley MA
Moderate/Vigorous Embodyoga® class, alignment, anatomy, sacred movement and breath
Private Yoga Lessons

Beginner practice- Well rounded introduction to yoga
Creating a personalized practice- private session and creation of personalized sequence to continue at home
Injuries and therapeutics- Adapting a yoga posture practice and breathing to specific injuries or limitations- how to practice in a healing way. I’ve worked with students around joint pain and injuries, slipped discs, arthritis, digestive issues, insomnia, nerve pain and general tension and stress. I am open to working with and finding a safe way that a yoga practice can work for you.
Specific goals- Postures and other inquiries. Healing emotions in the body. Spiritual inquiries, applied yoga practice to daily life. Learning anatomy through practice.
Well-rounded personal practice with assists- Embodyoga®, Pranayama, and Meditation.

Yoga invites us to inquire deeper into our experience of Self
Close your eyes and look within. You do not have to judge yourself. You do not have to classify what you feel. Just breathe. Sink into your deeper self. You were created and the source of your life is inside of you.
Yoga is about unity. It teaches through experience that underlying all of life, all forms, all thoughts, all ways of being is Oneness. This oneness is our source. We have many different names for this oneness…call it the Divine, Spirit, God, Love, but the path to our own inner journey remains open for our experience and deepening perception of who we are.
